Terms and conditions

These conditions apply to every order placed through hotelwas.nl, a service by Stomerij Supernette in Amsterdam.

• The hotel is not responsible for colour running, shrinkage, or loss of or damage to buttons, buckles, belts, zippers, prints, embroidery and similar decorations.
• Complaints must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
• In case of damage or loss, the compensation is limited to a maximum of three times the dry cleaning or laundry price of the item.
• The minimum order amount is €36.95. Orders below this amount are charged as €36.95.
• Dry cleaning and laundry service are available from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
• Special items that are not on the price list are handled on request only and are charged separately.
